At Lara's House our employment philosophy is this: hire the best people possible and then give them the support and positive work environment that will help them grow and thrive and be the best they can be for the people in their care. We also provide care to persons who live in their family home.

Lara's House could not carry out its mission to provide excellent support and care for the women who live there without excellent caregivers, companions, and staff. In turn, we know that for those working at Lara's House to be their best, they must have a work environment that encourages, appreciates and supports them.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, ability to pass Level One fingerprint clearance, and most importantly, a heart and love for the job. Previous experience or training in the caregiving field is a plus, but not a requirement. We will train you for the needs of our agency and the people we serve.
