Lara's House could not carry out its mission to provide excellent support and care for the young women who live there and those who take part in our programs without excellent caregivers, companions, teachers and staff. In turn, we know that for those working at Lara's House to be their best, they must have a work environment that encourages, appreciates and supports them.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, ability to pass Level One fingerprint clearance, and most importantly, a heart and love for the job. Previous experience or training in the caregiving field is a plus, but not a requirement. We will train you for the needs of our agency and the people we serve.
